  I ordered via mobile app because I knew there would a huge line. 30 minutes after ordering I hadn't received my order. I asked for my order to the lady and she said okay. Another 5 minutes and I asked if I was going to receive my order and the lady just shook her head to which I asked if i should just get a refund... she said okay get a refund. I was made to wait another few minutes in which time they could've made my order and after about 35 minutes wasted I left with the nasty woman at the counter who wouldn't even apologize. Disappointed and I guess don't go here in any sort of rush times because they will not make your drinks
