  Extremely disappointed and embarrassed by the funeral arrangement I sent . The arrangement was sparse, not full like the picture shown online. The pieces fell open and left spacing in the arrangement. I called Cathy (the owner) while I was at the mortuary to express my disappointment, but she did not care. Cathy was disrespectful and offered nothing to improve the situation. I am so embarrassed that my name was on the arrangement. Do not waste your money ordering from this florist, you will be very disappointed. This florist collects your money, but does not deliver what you order.
