  I saw all the great reviews and thought hey let's give this a try! Made an appointment with ease. We agreed to a time slot from 11-12pm. On the day of the apppointment Craig called at 11:19am, left a message I was his next stop. I called back at 11:33am and was sent to his voicemail. At 11:39 am he returned my call stating "I tried to call you but you didn't answer so I went to my next stop, I can't get to you until 1pm." I was very firm in telling him this was unprofessional, there should have been a confirmation call made the day before or at least a hour before to leave people time to call back. I made the appointment just days ago so why would I not be here! I continued to explain to him I had left work and had to return and would need to cancel. I further added this was a very unprofessional practice and my time is valuable. I set field appointments and we always call the day before the appointment to confirm not within the time period. He then said I am not going to argue and hung up.
  Where is the apology is wasting my time and skipping my appointment and now you are going to be a hour late. Good luck to everyone.
